Fabulous Curry
I've tried all of the flavors and recommend them all! They taste authentic and are very flavorful, easy to make and I just add a 1 pound can of chunk chicken breast. Easy as can be. I like it over yellow saffron rice. I've had the green, yellow red and Paenang (sp?) and loved them all. They do have some zing in them, but I like spicy. I lived in Thailand and this is as close as you can get unless you go to a Thai restaurant.

This tastes just like restaurant grade. I went to one of my favorite restaurants to purchase panang curry, the portions were smaller and the taste was very watered down. Decided to research how to make my own and came across this product. I am a very happy camper now. YES, BOUGHT MORE FOR FUTURE MEALS.

I occasionally use this product for dinner. It's great — not too spicy for my liking; I recommend it if you want a taste of Thailand minus the long plane ride!

Easy and delicious!
this is excellent! I love the blue elephant products! I've been using them for years and my most favorite was the Red curry but Penaeng Curry is my absolute favorite and I finally tried it and it's excellent! it's quick and easy and I add extra fine thin green beans broken into pieces to give it a little bit of something more and 90 second microwave rice! I'm buying two more packages right now!

Greasy
It was terribly greasy. I spooned off a good 1/4 cup from the top as it was cooking but it was still way too greasy. The lime leaves had the consistency of a cooked bay leaf. Not chewable at all. I wouldn't recommend.

Overwhelming spice with very little flavor. So disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.
