I was happy to find a salt that included 60+ nutrients that natural salt has. I use salt every day on my food and wanted to ensure I'm getting the most nutrients out of everything I can. The celtic sea salt does have that ocean salt taste. It took me a few times eating to get used to it but now it's my new normal. just wish they added iodine so it was a complete nutrient.

I had a friend recommend celtic sea salt to me as it is full of healthy for you minerals. I put the tiniest pinch of it in my water and stir it in and it helps the body absorb the water into the tissues to stay hydrated. Now I am carrying a small container in my purse for when I go out. It works and I don't drink it salty; just a tiny pinch. All those little minerals are so good for us!

I love this salt for my homemade sourdough bread. It definitly has a better salt flavor than regular table salt - And it is suppose to be healthier for you - I recommend for sure!

I like this product. It is very fine and easy to use just a pinch or two while cooking. It adds great taste to our food and hopefully some added nutrient value.

Has the sodium, chloride, and ALL of the minerals that our bodies need to use it. Totally opposite of table salt. Plus this dryer salt will come out of a shaker. Important for my husband

Celtic salt is the only salt you should eat. You can use iodized salt for baking, but season with Celtic. It is healthy for you to put a pencil eraser size amount on your tongue and let it soak in, once a day. It is filled with the sodium and 94 minerals that a body needs to keep you out of the hospital.

Bag is way larger than I thought. Amazing for my POTS. I drink a lot of electrolytes %26 take in a lot of sodium daily for my health issues %26 this has definitely shown a difference in my symptom severity! Not to harsh tasting so I can also mix in with regular drinks to add a little sodium as well. Love love love this stuff!

I use this salt for everything. It is very tasty. Sometimes I will just take a pinch, just to taste.

I have made several purchases of this brand, specifically 'fine' ground. At 1 point I opted for the cheaper 'light gray' version and did not like it due to its higher moisture content causing it to clump together and not shake out properly. My most recent purchase labeled 'fine' sea salt is light gray in color and shakes out in clumps...obviously mispackaged and over priced.
