King Arthur Baking Company Non-GMO Project Verified, Certified Kosher Unbleached All Purpose Flour, 5 lb Bag

I've been trying a few different brands over the last year, trying deals and something new... Honestly, the "bargains" weren't. White Lily had flour moths, other brands were bleached and killed starter if I wasn't paying attention. Breads were either overflowing and over proofed, or didn't rise well, crumb was dense or gummy. It was a crapshoot. Done playing games. King Arthur is a superior brand and, for me, the gold standard, I'm done playin. I get consistent rise, crumb, chew, texture and results with this flour, and am done getting other brands. Either AP or Bread flour is fine, as long as it's King Arthur!

I have been using this brand of flour for a long time and I am very satisfied with it. It is very tasty whenever I use it for baking anything. The outcome is always the same nice, soft and tasty. I would recommend it to anyone who are regular baker like I am on an almost daily basis. The price is right and it came to me without going to the store. Thanks for this service.

This is not only good flour, but I love supporting a company that is 100% employee owned! I use the whole wheat and unbleached flour in all my breads and other baked goods without an issue. Whether or not it is as good as the other top brands, honestly it doesn't matter to me. The fact that it is employee owned tips the scale for me to continue supporting it. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been using this flour to make my own homemade bread, and the results have been excellent. The texture comes out soft inside with a nice crust, and the flour mixes really well. Great quality for baking bread, pastries, and even tortillas. Definitely recommend it

Back about 10 years ago when I got serious about added sugars I discovered the flour we used had 2 grams of added sugar per serving in it. I looked for flour with no sugar added and King Arthur was the one we found at the grocery store. We’ve been buying it since….even though that other brand no longer adds sugar. We never had a problem with King Arthur and I’ve got my A1C under control with my diligence of looking for no sugar added or artificial sweeteners added. If I want it sweet I like sweetening it myself.

As a professional baker, I use only King Arthur flours. This brand is the best out there...it is just a matter of finding vendors who sell it at an affordable rate. Walmart frequently has excellent sales on KA flour, and I load up on the flour during those time. Try KA flour! You will not be disappointed!

I bake all my own bread and have used King Arthur Flour for many years. It is the best flour I know of and this is a great price---10 lbs. for $10. It is unbleached which you want for better health. My bread usually turns out well and I love baking it. It is a good thing to do with your time and brings many good memories. It makes good cookies and other things too.

it's always a good time to bake, but crucial during the holidays, this flour isn't bromenated so you don't get stomach issues or bloating from breads pastas and sweets you make with this. I have gluten sensitivity typically but not with King Arthur. This is the only flour for my house.

This is the only flower I use now you can get it in all purpose, but I use the higher blend. It makes everything you make with it smooth it’s been shifted and it is smooth as glass. You think the flower doesn’t make a difference until you have this flower and your products. And it’s a very good price. Your sauces and your gravy your cakes all of it. it’s the best you can buy. And isn’t it great Walmart has it for such a good price!
