it works well to help you have a bowel movement as it helps move water to the bowels and also contains a stimulant, I used it along with regular colace at the same time.

The Colace tablets work great. It takes a couple of days but then it does the job without causing diareaha.

This product does as promiised. I prefer to take two at bedtime when needed. This way I am ready to go by morning.

I was seriously backed up for 7 days and feeling miserable. I took two of these before bed, hoping for the best. About 12 hours later, they kicked in—and thank God they did. Well it does the job but I did feel some cramps too with it not too bad though I also take colace without the laxative in it and that definitely helps loosen things up, every one is different so I have no complaints for this except you do get some cramping
