I love the very pleasant scent. It reminds me that it is working. I was surprised at how powerful it is because it is small. But it works perfectly on the small table on the deck. A mosquito was coming towards me and turned away immediately. It was like a force field around me and the bugs could not penetrate it. I am excited because bugs usually eat me alive, but I can sit on my deck for hours with no worries of uncomfortable itchy mosquito bites.

Not sure if it was the candle alone or if the OFF area spray was helping but i saw 0 mosquitos after i lit this thing!!!! I saw a couple 10 min after spraying the OFF area spray so that's why i lit this candle and it kept ALL mosquitos away which was insane! Love love love this thing so far

Smells Like Camping, Works Like a Tiny Bug Bouncer I bought the Coleman Pine Citronella Candle because I wanted to enjoy the outdoors without being treated like an all-you-can-eat buffet by mosquitoes. First off, the pine scent is actually really nice. It gives “peaceful campsite” instead of “chemical warfare in a tin can,” which I appreciate. Light it up, set it on the table, and suddenly the patio feels a little more outdoorsy and a lot less like mosquito happy hour. The silver tin is simple, sturdy, and easy to move around, which is great because I like my bug defense portable. It burns nicely, smells pleasant, and adds a cozy little glow while helping keep the flying vampires from turning my ankles into a snack platter. Is it a force field? No. But does it help make sitting outside way more enjoyable? Absolutely. Great little candle for patios, camping, cookouts, or pretending you're a rugged outdoorsperson while sitting six feet from your back door. Would definitely buy again.

I lit this and immediately felt like I was camping in a peaceful forest minus the mosquitoes 🏕️🌲 The pine scent is AMAZING. My only heartbreak? It burned faster than expected for the price. I wasn't ready to say goodbye so soon. Still worth it for the scent alone!

Great Citronella candle. Long lasting and effective. Our favorite citronella candle for our patio where we spend a lot of time.

Candle smells good, however the flame's instability is a concern. I typically have bugs around at night when faux candles or lantern comes on; with this lit, I have not encountered any bugs around, however, I am going to trim the wick about a quarter of an inch before relighting to see if that will help with the “dancing” flame.

having a wooden wock does not work in favor of the candle. with a light breeze it blows out.

it's very cute it's very small it's very tiny that's it it's very tiny. I burned it almost less than two evenings. I know it does say the size on it however when I ordered it I didn't see where it was compared to another item. definitely would buy it in a bigger size I'm glad that the price was marked down because that's all really was worth.
