Seemed like it took a long time to receive it at least a week or more

The product was delivered and both of them were smashed and was all over inside the box. Can not use either one.

I love the product country Time lemonade mix me and my kids definitely enjoy it. I order it at the size from time to time from Walmart and the kids absolutely go crazy over it when I make it they can't get enough of it it's always came and been fast delivery and it's always been great but this last time was a disaster. When I open the box both canisters were damaged greatly spilled out All in the inside of the box. The box was damaged so bad on the inside from the product being punctured both canisters that I knew that I could not send it back the way it is. I have been out of it for a while haven't been able to find it on the shelves I took it inside the kids ask could I make them some lemonade and I went on ahead and salvage what was in it. I've never had any problems ordering this product whatsoever but this last time definitely was a disaster having to settle for the sake of my kids is the only reason why I done it I sent a message two different ways that the product was damaged and received not a word about it I believe that either the delivery man or the handler or whoever packaged it was extremely rough with it I pointed that out but have not heard nothing back. Because a week has went by I believe that I have been ignored and the only reason was because I'm just another dollar bill and not a value customer. I discussed it with my family but because the kids are the ones that really need it I had to settle and just salvage what I could out of the canisters and take the loss.
