OMG! This is absolutely my favorite product from Dr. Teals! I smells so good, and I use it every night for aromatherapy and moisturizing. The directions say put on pulse points, but I rub some on my feet and anywhere I am dry! It has epsom salt in it, which is so good for relaxing muscles. LOVE

I gave this rub on balm a try and it actually helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. It has a nice smell and absorbent on the skin. I love that it is made from essential oils. The price is reasonable also.

i definitely relaxed from the smell and it did ok... however my 13 year old nephew (who is adult size) has a big problem falling to sleep and even snores with sleep apnea and we rolled some on one arm and it did great after 4 minutes he wanted to use it again

paired this with the spray and it works amazing. My son rolls it on his wrists before bed so he can smell it throughout the night.

I felt how it made me relax but after multiple attempts

I really wanted to love this sleep balm because the scent is fantastic! The lavender and chamomile are incredibly calming and perfect for winding down at night. It works wonderfully when applied to my wrists. Unfortunately, I followed the package instructions and applied it directly to the skin on my face around my temples and neck, which resulted in deep, painful, long lasting breakouts. Looking closely at the ingredients, it is packed with highly pore-clogging oils like coconut oil, cocoa butter, and soybean oil. While it is a lovely aromatherapy product, the instructions to apply it to the temples and neck are highly misleading for anyone prone to acne as this is comedogenic! If you buy this, stick strictly to your wrists!

The item shown said "sleep blend, not "calm blend" . The calm blend is much more fragranced and I wanted the sleep blend. The price is good and very moisturizing so not worth the trouble if returning.

I have used Dr Teal's lavender and chamomile spray and lotion for many years. this one smells rotten I can't explain it it smells sour and moldy. I don't know what happened to this company but this is the second time I've had an experience like this and I've used Dr Teal's products for many years. it's just been the last couple of years that I've noticed this inconsistency. the last bottle of body lotion I got actually burned our skin. maybe somebody needs to take a look at Manufacturing?

I love the scent, but you have to be very close to smell it. While I don't want it to be overwhelming, I believe the fragrance of lavender is what induces a calming effect. If you can't smell it then I'm not sure how it works. I didn't take my melatonin so that I could test this. I was awake off and on all night for 3 nights trying it out. Going back to my lavender spray and melatonin pills. Hopefully this will help someone else not waste their money.
