These work fantastic for a full nights sleep. I have a c pap machine and sometimes I am sensitive to the force of wind blowing in my nose, waking often. These take the edge off the discomfort.

Helps Insomnia
Half a dose (one pill) of this every night helps me sleep better than anything else I tried. I told my doc and he seems ok with it. (Check with your doc before taking it that regularly...)

I like these store brands (Walmart) pm mortin pills better than the name brand one's too me , and every time I have a back ache or sore muscles I take them and 20 minutes later, I'm good!!
