Thank you, Walmart facilities wonderful sleep aids. I bought them for my husband and he snored like a little two-year-old baby and they were in such a reasonable price at Walmart. I've found it is very hard to sleep, especially going through menopause. My MD recommended I try a sleeping pill to help with my sleep and told me they are not addictive. I've found this one works great. I don't buy a chewable but swallow, and with ease. It's Walmarts brand, but that's ok. With this brand, I don't get overly drowsy but find it starts to take effect close to an hour to when I want to fall asleep (maybe doesn't happen to everyone but it does for me). My spouse will bring this when he business travels. He loves that it helps him sleep while in-flight and has no effect of drowsiness when he wakes.

So if you are like me and use these almost every night they can be high in cost but price per mg these have every other company beat and you know there all made by same company and just distributed by different company's at different cost so if you want budget friendly sleep meds these by far are superior to all

Gets the job done. Helps you fall asleep when you need it, especially on those nights your brain won't shut off. Works pretty quickly. Can leave you a little groggy in the morning if you take it too late, so timing matters. Good to have on hand, just not something I'd use every night. Reliable when you need it.

I like to say I don't take them often but when I need them to help me sleep like do the job not everyone is different this is just my opinion and it works for me :-)

I've been using this product for several years now actually. it works very well with me. what I like is I can take one two three depending on how badly I want to get to sleep and how quickly. I have found it by only take one I can use the way through it if I happen to need to. if I take two I'm going to get knocked out within about a half hour to 45 minutes. with three well I'm out for a good 4 to 8 hours without feeling groggy when I wait.

Actually helps out you to sleep and doesn't make me wake up feeling foggy the next morning. Cheap and works good .

I would say it takes 2 hours to kick in, so take at 8, be asleep by 10. Not very effective, I was still woken up every few hours, not by noise because my housemate and I sleep in opposite sides of the house, but just because these 50 mg's just aren't that effective. No directions on bottle but I just swallow 1, as other's have said to

All the pills were melted together. tried to get them out of the bottle hoping that they would dry out but the y were still sticky. Three days later they were still stuck to the paper plate.

I can't take it anymore because make me feel bad 😞. I stay up late from night until morning and every. Make my body feel drained from taking it. Don't make me sleep keep me up all night long. Make me feel bad 😞
