No hangover. 30 min and straight to sleep. Works really well! All the other sleep aids are same ingredients as Benadryl and don't put me to sleep just make me foggy. I really depend on this product at times and it hasn't let me down yet! Cheap, easy and only side effect is SLEEP 💤

I'm going through Perimenopause, and sleep is very tough these days! I alternate another equate sleep medicine with this and it helps and gives me a restful sleep at least until 3am! Not coated so you gotta swallow fast but it gets the job done! The price is the best part, thank you Walmart!!!

Because I have lots of unrelentless stress in my life, it has been difficult to stay asleep. Considering I am 76 years old, and a caregiver, my day begins even before 4:00 AM! I have to retire early, and this makes it even worse! Tried different brands, but they seem to be short lived, and also accumulate in my system which cases the opposite effect if I take them more than several times a week. These are awesome! I sleep soundly despite several trips to the bathroom, and it is easy to awaken, giving me a heads up to start my day. Very grateful for the cost, as well!!

They claim this has the same ingredients and same strength as Unisom and, that it's comparable to Unisom, which is very untrue. The Equate brand sleep-aid does not work as well as Unisom. Last month Walmart was out of the Equate brand so I was forced to buy Unisom and I slept much better and fell asleep faster with the Unisom than I do with the Equate brand sleep-aid.

wooooo this stuff will put you on your tail!! my almost 300 lb husband can take 1 and be out for 8 hours WITH severe chronic pain. my 20 year old son takes half a tab and struggles to wake up after almost 10 hours of sleep unless you have a high tolerance to sleep meds I dont recommend taking more than half a tab until your body adjusts if it ever does.

Considering the price, this sleep aid does a fairly decent job. I will say they taste horrible, so be sure to drink enough water to clear out the taste if pills come in contact with your taste buds

Ive used many many prescription and over the counter drugs over the years and this is probably the worst. The next day hangover and confusion no matter how many hours you sleep is terrible. I was only able to sqeek out 5 on one tablet of these. If you cant get a prescription medication them i recommend Tylenol PM or straight up Benadryl over this as you don't get the hangover you do like with this
