I was doubtful but I can definitely tell these little gummies are working. I chew one a few hours before bedtime and I experience regularity the next morning before none. The taste is amazing. So easy to use and I love not having to take another pill.

The caffeine will definitely be avoided given the fact that I have brought these prebiotic and probiotic gummies. I will not use these gummies as prenatal pills, but a steady regiment to a healthy immune system. I have high standards for this product like immunity to colds, and flus, and any other stomach or digestive related dilemmas. I know this product is sold to customers and consumers for constipation purposes as well; so, I know consuming this product will help me have a regulated digestive tract.

I've known for a while that probiotics were good for your gut health and for regularity. Then recently I discovered (credit to Peachy ads for alerting me online) that adding prebiotics is a major health "win" %26 game changer for many reasons. I'm 56 %26 single, new to mature living challenges. Your gut needs all the support you can give it. Eat real foods, limit red meat, excessive sugar, fried/greasy foods, %26 limit soda. If you're good to your gut, it'll be good to you. And, being older i appreciate the regularity of a healthy gut. And being gay, I appreciate the clean confidence i have from a happy, healthy gut! It is great way to replace or enhance probiotics when you take an antibiotic or just need a boost. The taste and texture is good. I not a fan of gummies but this is ok. They say to really chew it up completely.

I thought there would be more per container. Half the bottle is empty space. But the taste and quality is just right and a few dollars cheaper the nOllys with the same 30 count.

Love these probiotic gummies. They taste great and keep me regular which is an issue as I age. I don't have any problems with bloating or heartburn since using them.

This was great especially someone whos on lifetime antibiotics! Very good for your immune system. They taste great no bad after taste and i have repurchased this twice !

These taste fabulous but you only get a 1 month supply. I couldn't tell any difference in how it helped or didn't help as there was no changes. They were a bit costly as well but cheaper when compared to name brands.

These gummies are the very hard-to-chew kind. I wouldn't recommend. Also, this container is double the size of what it should be for this amount of product. Only reason why I put two stars instead of one is because the peach flavor is good. Improving the gummies would be great for consumers.

Impossible to chew! It's the everlasting gummie! Seriously, I gave up trying to chew it. They seemed fresh enough, too, deceptively soft.
