Equate Daily Fiber Supplement Gummies, 5 mg, 72 Count

I suffer constipation issues all the time and these seem to be helping a lot. I started taking one a day because it says to increase slowly so your body can get used to it. If you don't eat a lot of fiber all the time, these are great. They taste great and seem to be working. I'm now taking two a day and no tummy issues--which is awesome.

I have learned that gummies are the easiest way for me to get that fiber supplement. No more measuring, stirring, and immediately rinsing a drinking vessel. These taste good and my fiber needs have been met.

These fiber gummy's work very quickly. I have found they work much better and faster than the equate daily fiber Psyllium husk . I would definitely recommend using these gummy's

Great fiber gummy, but the taste is horrible. Very bitter and has an awful aftertaste, I've noticed taking 1 at a time instead of all 3 helps so you aren't chewing for long and building up the taste. Would not repurchase but will be using them up to not waste product

I bought this as a substitute for my regular fiber gummies as they were less expensive. These gummies have a chemical taste and not worth the cost difference.

I bought this because I thought it would be the equivalent of the Metamucil fiber Gummies that I have taken for several years. I took this after it arrived yesterday because I hadn't had any for a day and I need to keep regular. I have had nothing but runny uncontrollable diarrhea for no other reason. Nothing else is wrong. I'm not sick. I didn't need anything bad. It was the equate fiber Gummies. I'm still having to go go to the bathroom too frequently and I would suggest that you investigate this lot of the gummy's or something .. also, I will enclose the pictures that when I was trying to remove the foil cap top the metal on that seal cut my finger wide open. I will send you the picture of that too and it's still sore and RED today it hurts and so I think you should look into using a better quality of top seal. I'm a 76 year old nurse . I have opened. thousands of bottles with the foil seal over the years and this was the very first time that I have ever had my finger cut by the foil on a bottle. I hope this hasn't happened to other people, but I think that the way that that's glued on there and the poor quality of the foil itself. would lend itself to cutting other people as well. I'm not usually prone to getting cut on a foil lid I'm very dissatisfied with this product and I hope that you can reimburse me part of this product. also, you may want to check on the Quality because the gummy‘s do have a very odd color for being orange flavored thank you

All of the individual gummies were stuck together in the jar! Don't know how you can get them out of the jar without tearing them up. ONE BIG JAR OF FUSED GUMMIES!

I bought them because there were no equate fiber chews. They were harsh for my mouth and my stomach didn't like them either. The taste was not to my liking also. I would not buy again. I chew equate fiber chews every day. i really like them. although i do wish they didn't have so much artificial coloring. thanks for asking.💜
