My wife and I use these all the time. The gummy is lightly coated in a sugar layer. They don't stick together. Now, honestly I don't know if they work all that well, but I do seem to stay regular.

I bought these because they were cheaper than Ollie. I know Ollie works as I have used them before. These did not work that I could tell. I took the whole bottles in 3 days and no bloat, no gas that you usually experience with probiotics. Find something else and save your money on these.

When it was delivered it was in one big lump at the bottom of the bottle, no way to get one gummy from another. It should not be put on the shelf like that!
