I am surprised with the effectiveness because I took one pill right when I started drinking my morning milk coffee and I normally end up going to the restroom within an hours or so, it was interesting being able to digest the lactose normally and continue with my day. It doesn't leave any aftertaste and it is a small pill easy ti swallow. The bottle is very cool with this practical lid that you can easily pop open and take out the pills as needed.
