I cannot tolerate any dairy at all. In addition to digestive upset, I get joint pain and swelling. Lacto puts an end to all that, even "hidden" dairy that isn't declared on product labels. I have been using this product for approximately a year now and I like it better than just lactase enzymes alone. I do have to take 2 capsules in order to avoid the acne I get from dairy. Overall great product!

Good packaging, good ingredients, no taste, capsules are average size and easy to swallow..... not spectacular and i still have some discomfort after eating ice cream, milk but worth a try
