This is a great diet tool that fills up the stomach and prevents overeating for me. I also take it mid-afternoon when I get the pre-dinner munchies. There are no side effects. no jitters, no ugly bathroom problems other diet pills have. This along with Garcinia Cambogia and watching carbs helped me lose 55 pounds in six months!

It's still early, it's been two weeks I've been taking this, but so far so good! I am taking 2 a day before lunch and dinner as I am on an Intermittent Fasting. I have see a difference in eating

I take a lot of medication and most of them causes constipation. These capsules will keep your bowels flowing. No bad after effects. They gently move your bowels. I'll be purchasing some more of these.

This was substituted for the Natural Factors PGX. I have to take 2 to 3 times as much glucomannan for the same benefits from Natural Factors PGX. Save your money.

Product has gelatin, unfortunately I can't have it.

I didn't receive my item Glucomannan

This product did seem to help with weight loss. Just was uncomfortably bloated. Stopped taking after 2 weeks

It was sent to the wrong address with the other items and I didn't get to use it. No one was able to assist me. Sad.
