These are AWESOME I was having signs my hormones were out of whack and i cant test them if on birth control. started taking these and feeling a lot better! Will be taking from here on out!

I take this product at night, with a magnesium supplement and I get the BEST sleep I've gotten in years. I've seen a change in my energy levels and my menstrual cycle. What was once heavy and exhausting for 3/4 days is now down to one (still a full 7 days but the first few days are now tolerable) My cramps are to a minimum and my metabolism seems to be back in order. I'm not saying this is a miracle supplement BUT it's given me the kick and motivation to start working out again and actually eating well. Just bought my fifth bottle of these. As a premenopausal lady, I've been very moody and had bad cramps with heavy flow that I didn't used to experience. These supplements have helped me feel more “ balanced” with mood ( not a grouchy bear)and live a normal life ( not curled up with heating pad) when aunt flow comes a knocking.

Being in menopause, I wanted something, but wasn't willing to go on HRT or those pellet things. This works well for me and I am on my 3rd bottle. It helps with all of those nasty symptoms. All I know is that I feel better on it. Also, don't be surprised if your urine turns amber in color. I take mine in the evening and by the time I go to bed, my urine is amber colored. I looked it up and its from these. And its just usually the one time, it won't always be that color until you take it again.

I love these vitamins. Have been taking them for about 2 years. I can definitely tell a difference in my mood and bloating. The Walmart I go to was out of them and I had to order them, 4 days without them I noticed. Love these to keep me on track

I took this for two days! Upon waking up on the second day My face was swollen including my lips, I have a red hot rash on my faces, neck and ears. Rash on arms stomach and back! I feel sick to my stomach as well! This is only thing to change!
