Everyone I feel a cold coming in I drink one of these. Comes in a box of 6 and I bought 4 boxes to make sure I have some for the upcoming fall and winter season. This is lemon flavor and you do not need any sugar or add ons. Just now drunk one pack because I feel a cold or flu coming on and need to catch it now. Even though this is a Walmart brand, it still works great and I have been using this for over 15 years.

I use this when I get a gold with the awful runny nose along with saline sinus irrigation I can usually get 5 to 6 hours of symptom free sleep. In fact I just took my last packet at bedtime so I just placed a pickup for 2 more boxes. Best thing there is to stop a runny nose and let you sleep.

This Walmart brand works just as good as the "big brands" for a lower price. Very effective in a short time after taken. Lasts for hours between doses.

It has to be beyond wonderful to get 5 stars from me, but this is as good as the name brand. I rarely buy name brands anymore because of things like this being as good.

I was supposed to get two 2pks and only got 2 individual boxes and charged 17 $ , for only 2 this same couple always says they're out of everything I had 7 subscriptions I declined all but a couple no money went back on my card for the difference

I took this for a nasty cold and it didn't help at all. The taste is fine and its easy to make. The hot water soothed my throat but other than that there was no relief at all from it. It didn't even help me sleep.
