This Equate ultra strength pain reliefs balm works right away when you apply it to the area you feel back pain or arthritis , you could feel the heat within minutes that's how you know is working well .I will get more once I run low on it . Price is cheaper than the other name brands can't beat the price.

I don't know why it took me years to discover this balm. Friends recommended the name brand. I read the ingredients and the Equate version is the same except for the lower price. This is now a staple in my medicine cabinet. I use it mainly on the back of my neck to immediately soothe pain associated with bone spurs and arthritis. The smell is so much better than other alternatives. I was even asked one time the name of the slightly spicy cologne I was wearing. Thank you, Walmart for an economical alternative with the Equate Ultra-Strength Pain Relief Balm.

I had never even heard of "tiger balm" until recently when my back/hip area hurt at work and a co-worker picked up some patches for me to try. They worked! This is the off brand in a waxy creme and I use it daily with a mix of dicoflucan and Aspercreme with lidocaine on my back, hips, knees, and wrist. I survive the work day using approximately the size of a green pea on the back and then again me knees, then use what's on my hands to rub on my wrists. A little goes a long way!

I found this Equate pain relief balm to be just as effective as the more expensive Tiger Balm. Additionally it doesn't have the coloring that Tiger Balm has to stain your skin and hands. I'll be purchasing the Equate brand instead of the Tiger Balm going forward for sure!

Tried this ointment on a fluke. Love the smell and the cool feeling I get when applying. I use it on my knees and it really helps. I'm destined for knee surgery as I'm bone on bone. But in the meantime I'll use this handy ointment. Only wish I could find it in a larger size.

I've used Tiger Balm pain relief in the past, but decided tovtry the equate brand. Wow!!, whatca great decision. Notbonly did I save money, but in my opinion, this works better. It relieves my knee pain instantly. I wish they carried the patches like Tiger Balm. If you need yo save money, and relieve your pain, give this a try. if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! I love Equate brand products!

This stuff definitely helps relieves my lower back (ruptured discs) severe back pain hands down. And to know that it is a fraction of the price of name brand ointments is a plus. Goes on smoothly, not the best of scent but does the job efficiently!

As a user of the popular TB brand for over 4 decades, I can honestly say this is its equal. I was able to get 2 jars for the price I usually pay for 1 of my regular brand. After comparing the ingredients, I saw nothing to stop me from trying. Glad I did, and will continue to use it.

I've been using Tiger Balm for 10 years now and I came across this Equate jar and I figured I would give it a try since most everything I've tried in the Equate brand has proven to be very effective dupe. This one I am disappointed in but it doesn't work somewhat although not as effective as tiger balm but for me it's the smell. Tiger balm smells much better. But hey, for 3$ and some change. It's okay.
