Not good
Taste and consistency are bizarre. Very difficult to get down. No instructions on the packaging as to when and under what circumstances they should be taken. I will not but them again.

Taste was brutal but i guess that's a perk of sugar free gummies. I wouldn't use this again unless they were free and even then they'd sit in the back of my cabinet.

Run away.
Absolutely terrible taste and texture. Like revolting. I'm not even super picky I've had lots of supplement gummies and this taste like it's not made to be eaten by anyone or anything.
