This two-pack of bungee cords are fantastic. They stretch to what feels like double their length and have sturdy hooks at the ends. The hooks are made of plastic but feel pretty heavy and are very durable. The attachment of the hook to the bungee looks very well done. I'd recommend these bungee cords of varying lengths to individuals who need to securely tie things down or in our case, to prevent raccoons from getting into our trash.

love these 2 pack of bungees....and got the awesome awesome price for the "2 pack"....you can't go wrong.... super durable and strong.....nice stretch....but yet very sturdy in what I use then for ..... and I love the color.....I use them for my backyard trash cans .....so I live in a desert area with a trash service that only picks up smaller trash container...instead of the huge trash cans like most city areas get....well with this....the trash cans tend to always blow over from the harsh desert winds...and it causes my trash to spread all over the yard....so I use these bungees to hold both my trash cans securely in place....it works awesome....holds up to any winds ....I just love them...I recommend to anyone ....I'm sure they would serve any purpose

Bungee Cords are an awesome and amazing essential piece of equipment around my house! I use my Bungee Cords to secure storage tubs that have lids that are not fitting tight, and I don't want everything falling out. I always tuck a bungee cord inside my luggage when I'm traveling, as an emergency item and more than once I've had to use my it when a suitcase zipper has broken! My Hyper Tough Bungee Cords are super tight, thick, flexible, elastic cords with a coated heavy duty steel hook at each end. The hooks can be connected to each other or to the item you are securing, such as garbage can handles when you are holding the lids down. With these coated steel hooks, I haven't had any scratches on anything I've used them on. My Bungee Cords are green and 48” in length. They seem very strong and I haven't had any fraying of the actual cord or where the cord and hook meet. Bungee Cords are essential to take camping! Using a Bungee Cord instead of rope is so much simpler. There are no knots to try and tie, so no knots so try and untie! My Bungee Cord is the only way to securely hold my sleeping bag in a nice, tight roll. I also use them to secure my tarp over the picnic table so we have a nice shady spot to eat. As I roll up my tent and tent poles, I secure them together, nice and tight with my cords. When I am going to and from my favorite camping spot, I use my bungee cords to secure items in the back of the truck.

*Hyper Tough Standard Bungee Cord 2 Pack 24 Inch* These two new 24 inch Hyper Tough Bungee Cords are going to be my new little friends when I take a trip to the home improvement shop. I may be able to use them to help me secure something on top of my station wagon, but I may need a few more to make sure it's perfectly secure. Anyway, I've been daydreaming about my newest product to review and how it is going to make my life easier. *Appearance* Each 24 inch cord is shiny green with a black hook on each side. Both hooks are made of a tough plastic. I am uncertain as to the tolerance of stress of this plastic so I really wouldn't want to be strapping my valuables to a motorcycle on a cross country trip and these be my only bungee cords securing my back packs to me. Pressure and force of the wind may not be kind to weakness in plastic, that's for sure. The more I pull on the cord, the more it stretches! The cord seems fairly durable, but I'm still leery about the hooks. Okay, enough about checking it out. Let me have use them outside for something I need to do right now. *Actual Application* I used my bungee cords to strap down cut up limbs I needed transported from one area of my back lawn to the other side. I tend to over stuff my wagon, but this should not be a problem holding the wood securely with the bungee cords. I wrapped the cords, hooked the bungees, and Presto! I was able to pull my load over to the destination safely and with no mess. Mission accomplished. *Other Uses* When I was out camping at a primitive site, I used a bungee cord once to hang wet clothes to dry. They are great for keeping rolled up sleeping bags, tents, and backpacks secure on bikes and other types of transportation. And now that I have my very own bungee cords, I can see if it is true that if you hang your 100 feet electrical cords by a bungee cord, it will never get twisted or tangled. I heard it also works for garden hoses too. I have got to try this soon. *Conclusions* I think I can find an assortment of uses for my two new green Hyper Tough Standard Bungee Cords. And if those plastic hooks can be broken, I can break them. Perhaps just not today.

We always get the cheapies, and they break or don't hold. These are strong, and each is 4' long. We need something to hold a tarp over brush we haul away or to secure something.

It is the best Standard Bungee Cords ever, very strechy and strong, wrapped so we'll my furnitures and no worries at all, recommended to every one it is the best Bungee Cords around must trying.

Just what I was looking for to tie down my grill in winter time

As far as the stretch ability and durable construction these guys are great. The only issue I ran into is that the photo shows the standard metal/wire hooks. You know...the kind that you can bend or close to make everything more secured. These however have molded polymer hooks that cannot be adjusted. Don't get me wrong. The hooks are super quality and very dependable with regards to strength. Great product, they're just not what is in the photos.
