I've used this product in the past. Even though the box had clearly been torn open and retail to use the product. I will be using it throughout the holiday season so I will very quickly find out if someone previously used it and found it to be defective.

I used a dial timer previously for my outdoor lights until a rain storm killed it. In a pinch I purchased this online to be picked up. When received I immediately noticed that it was somebody's return. Since I was in a hurry I accepted it. I installed it and set it for dusk to dawn. My lights come on every time without setting a timer and there isn't a need to set a clock. The automatic photo cell works great. I was very happy with this purchase.

I use this to turn my lights on my deck in the evening. It is easy to set the duration of the power!

Love that this will turn on light whenever dusk occurs, rather than having to adjust a regular timer as sunset changes, yet unlike a dusk to dawn switch, you can set several different run time lengths.

This was a great purchase for my outside lights for my porch. Easy to install, just plug in and set the timer. Works just fine. I recommend it.

This is exactly what I needed. With a dusk to dawn timer I never have to worry about unplugging the outside lights in the morning. It also has a timer function on it so you can set it for a determined amount of hours.. it works great it's low cost I would highly recommend it.

I like , but it's only one plug in hole .. needs extra.

Worked once and then I could never get the timer part to work just the on and off switch.Its easy to use but cheap so you get what you pay for I suppose.

This timer does not work. Our lights would come on at different times each day and also shut off at various times. Sometimes we would have to turn it off and back on for them to come on at all. Save your money and don't buy this
