ive used this before and its perfect for send small packages that need to be on dry ice for a quick over night delivery.
I got these when searching for ice packs for my arthritis pain and inflammation. These are so great for icing body parts. They curve to the body part and they can be reused and they don't leak like regular ice bags. I love them.
i really like this product. i had 4 teeth pulled AND i want to use ice 1st. all i had available were the heavy duty hard ice blocks which were extremely uncomfortable. i came across this product and I knew i had to have it. it is soo SOFT AND you can fold or lay it any way you need to help with PAIN from the month, sore muscles, bruise's, headaches AND soo much more
These ice packs wrap easily around cruved surfaces due to the individual little cubes linked together to form the sheet. Only downside is that the ice is very hard. I wrap mine in a bandana before applying to whatever injured surface I have.
Purchase to lease to go in a cooler bag for visiting in front in the hospital and rehab. Within 2 hours of being there, it is both completely melted and leaking all over my bag. Everything was soaked. I thought it was just a single package, so I opened the second package that I had purchased when the same thing happened, the next day I would not recommend these get a regular ice pack.
We bought these last minute for our small cooler while we went on vacation, and used them in addition to other types of cold packs. Although they're flexible, they don't stay frozen for very long at all. I would recommend them just to keep a small item cold for perhaps an hour or two. They do refreeze well, however.
There is hardly any water in the cubes. So it doesn't last long and certainly can't use it as an ice pack because of the design. I found it a waste.
These package is like a ice cube tray. They don't maintain cold very long and bulky so I would not suggest getting them for using on legs or wrists. One of them kept leaking.
They don't freeze. At all. I put them outside in below freezing temps thinking maybe my freezer just wasn't cold enough. I left them out all night. Remained in fully liquid state, not a single crystal. I think the plastic got stiffer than the pure water.
These are trash. Not all “pillow pockets” have enough fluid in them to freeze and retain cold. You're better off putting ice cubes in a ziplock bag than spending money on this trash.
