Delicious, moist, sweet, did sub. butter for the oil, cooked muffins 9 big ones for 15min. in 400 degree gas oven-we are normally Martha sweet corn bread fans-we also love that one-but not consistant-meaning sometimes dry sometimes perfect-will still buy-but krusteaz-yummer=water mouth moist, it is over the top sweet but my family likes that-just all the krusteaz brands have been super moist, blueberry muffins, banana nut bread, lemon squares, lemon loaf-everything we have tried baked to perfection-moist-never burnt-it is eazy as they say-glad we tried this brand lately will buy again and again well worth price-spot on, on directions-fantastic brand
