This product is amazing! It stabilizes my knee while I mow the lawn in a hillside. It stays on during a shower and does last 3 days firmly on the skin yet peels off easily. I have recommended this to a friend with shoulder pain. She felt relief and uses it now.
I bought this for my daughter as she plays volleyball and she was feeling a pain in her shoulder and hearing a sort of grinding / popping as she moved her shoulder so we bought this just for her to feel like she could swing without anything moving. It worked for the purpose that we bought it for in addition to the rest she needed.
I was really skeptical when it was first recommended to me to use this, but to my surprise it really helps. My knee isn't super stable and with this on I feel almost like I'm wearing a brace without all the sweating and itchiness. I feel less "wobbly" if that makes any sense. overall I would definitely recommend.
First heard about these from school kids in athletics. I'd assumed they were the same as an old school ace bandage. Boy, was I Wrong! My chiropractor put it on my bad knee - it's very moldable to the shape you need, even though they come in straight strips. - They Really, Really last for 3 ish days, IF you don't use lotion! Even in water %26 showers! - The Chiro says they help the fascia underneath the skin to help heal whatever problem you have (muscle, liga.ent, joint, etc) Supports %26 Braces don't do that. - Noticeable improvement in my knee Right Away! *** For Best Results find someone who knows how to use this - there are a few tricks! - It's a very high performance product. You'll never use an ace bandage or brace again! - The neutral colors are much cheaper than the bright colors
The original KT tape is an excellent tool to have on hand for sore muscles, joint paint or stiffness. I've tried other brands and repeatedly come back to this one. This tape unlike others, sticks to the skin comfortably and withstands water from a shower and regular sweating. It provides me comfort and relief for at least a solid 8 hours at a time. This is a win for me and a regular repurchase.
My daughter plays tennis and has been having some ankle issues. These provide great support and are easy enough for her to apply prior to practice and matches. No help needed from Mom!
This tape is a lifesaver.. Once you learn how to use it - not difficult - relief is almost instantantious... This really helps my knee pain.. And it stays on... Stock up when it's on sale..
I am certified in KT taping and I use this product. However, it does not stay as well as other brands, especially if youre swimming or sweating. It does give support and increase blood flow to muscles, helps with feet and shoulder pain when applied correctly so it does stick.
Have used this product for awhile now. Have always referred people to try it. This time it was obvious they cut back the thickness of the tape. Doesn't stay on as well and difficult to apply. It's a shame because it used to really help me. Will try the cheaper brands now.
They have consistently had my order to be delivered to the wrong address. I have to wait for it and call the driver to get it delivered to the right address and today they didn't even deliver it so I put my schedule for tomorrow. I am so disappointed.
