excellent product. it's flexible and reusable if you keep it dry. I reuse a strip and it works great for an entire other day. I take it off to shower. It doesn't hurt to take off. it really helps with pain, I love it. I did buy a different brand but it was stiff and hurt to take off.

It helps with my knees so much

I was extremely impressed with the Mueller Sport tape. It is strategically portioned in strips of about 10 inches long for the purpose of wrapping correctly to allow enough flexibility so it is not too tight and confined. It is made with a nice sturdy material with an adhesive backing. The adhesive back is covered with plastic that has to be peeled off to expose the adhesive. What I found so impressive about the tape is that it comes with instruction as to show the proper way of wrapping various injured parts of your body. It explains how many strips to use for each injury, how to wrap it and how to cut the strip in specific ways for the best performance. Some of the wrap instructions are for Runner's knee, Rotator Cuff, Hamstring, Shin Splints, Back pain, Carpal Tunnel, Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendinitis. The tape is breathable and waterproof.

I am now a fan. I can wear the tape and forego the bulky bandage wrap. It gives my ankle that extra support or needs while it heals. No sticky residue. It's stretchy. They come in precut steps and I like that I can cut it to the size I need.

Works really good

This Mueller Typhoon Kinesiology pre-cut tape is great. The fact that there are pre-cut strips is fantastic. It makes them so much easier to use. They stick great and stay in place. I accidentally tried to place on an area that I had previously put lotion on and of course it didn't stick. So definitely need clean dry skin as it says. In the area I used it, it worked well and I was able to relive some pressure ina sore area which then after a day or so stopped bothering me. I definitely recommend this product.

Lot of usage from pain management to bandages

This athletic tape works really well. I love how well it sticks and stays for hours. Really like how it is pre-cut so you know exactly how much you need and don't have to waste it. I also liked how it came With instructions on how to use as I had never used this before. It also was nice how it came with pictures on all the different ways you can use it and all the places of the body that it can be used for.

I have weak knees so this k-tape helped me a lot while I was on my business trip to Florida. We were touring homes and had to get in and out of the car a lot. It was rough on my knees and back! But with the tape it made it more bearable. The tape doesn't require much cutting to make it fit and use the recommended designs for my knees. The roll is already pre-cut with latex-free adhesive. However, you can trim the tape more if you need to based on where you're putting it. It's been a great tool to have for any joint issues. I highly recommend getting this. The roll will last you awhile as well depending on how often you need to use it. The color also matches my skin color at the moment. I also like how it came with a guide showing you the different ways to use the tape. I would imagine you could use this for your elbows, wrists, ankles, etc. I'm definitely ordering more once I run out. Package was also easy to open. I'm sure there's also tape available that isn't pre cut.

The tape was used on 2 of my very active adult sons. One had a wrist issue, the tape worked well for stabilizing the joint, decreasing the pain due to immobilization. The other had a lower back, large muscle issue, the tape did not do anything for that type injury. The tape stayed in place on the wrist, but on the lower back it started peeling up within 30-45 minutes. Someone suggested that we round off the corners, we tried that, but it still peeled up. I am not 100% sold on this product, any more than the use of an Ace bandage for stabilization. I also would seriously question whether it would stay on for 4 days as advertised, since it almost immediately started peeling up on the corners. In both cases, the skin was clean and dry when applied.
