This tape does everything it claims! I have to have my shoulder replaced in October. Have been going to PT and the started taping with the KT original. It would start falling off by the next day and showers completely ruined it. I get so much relief from having my shoulder taped but was getting frustrated having to go every other day to have it reapplied. I bought this Pro Strength mainly because of water and sweat wouldnt effect it. WOW! IT WORKS EXACTLY LIKE IT SAID!!! I had my PT apply it. He laughed when I brought it in. He gladly put it on instead of theirs and even he was impressed. 7 days later, showers and doing my therapy not one spot was lifting! 100% impressed!!

I love this KT tape...I use it for knee pain... I never believed it could actually help..WOW...I'm truly stunned. It works..And it works well.. I have used this tape for at least 6 years when I have had accidents, pulled and or torn muscles. It helps the muscles to heal faster as it completely supports and is elastic to help movements. I rollerblade at least 5 miles every other day and I use this tape every time. It even stays on when sweating and in the shower. Love it!

Dislike tape take off and stretch does stay still. But it helps my husband get up fast and move better thank you

If applied properly, this is extremely helpful in relieving pain. I use KT tape to support my knees and lower back to reduce chronic pain. Read application instructions carefully to apply correctly and avoid skin irritation.

This pro extreme tape will stay on all day. Its helped my wrist and thumb pain. It will stay put after it gets wet. I pat it dry and keep working. Next level adherence without skin damage. A must try for real pain relief and flexable support.

I swear by this KT tape. It stays on so good. If you get it wet and it starts to peel at all, just dry the area and push it back down to re-stick it. It's helping me go through a lot less tape. I wore it for nine days before taking it off, and I still had to soak it off. It leaves me pain free the whole time I'm wearing it. The elastic does not give out. Way way better than any other brand and well worth the price.

My physical therapist suggested I use Kinesio tape for my thumb after surgery and therapy. I purchased this and wrapped my thumb as recommended. Even though this tape isn't quite as thick as the therapist's tape, it does the job to give me the support when I'm using my hand during physical work. I am very pleased with the comfort also.
