This tape has helped me to avoid shoulder surgery. When applied correctly it brings immediate results. In my case, I could never do this on my own due to the shoulder placement but thankfully my wife has become a bit of an expert. There is an abundance of instructional videos on youtube that can help with proper placement and application techniques. Learn how to use it and you won't be disappointed.

it was the best price KT tape I could find anywhere the strips are long enough for most uses could be a little longer for tall people or if using to cover elbows great for tite calf muscles shoulder and Achilles stays on during my son's football games and he plays offense and defense and the tape says were I put it doesn't slip

I started using this item when I had a torn shoulder rotator cuff. I wish I had started using it sooner. The pre-measured pierces worked perfectly to support my muscles and ligaments as I healed. I was surprised with the amount of support I received! It wasn't until I used this tape that my pain was manageable. Use this product sooner than later, it can help speed up the healing process and make you more comfortable while you heal.

Great product and holds up well for my spouses arm since stroke compared to other brands that weren't as great but still good. Quality is just a bit better

Was a bit scared as to whether this would work as other brands were not staying on. The adhesive really stick to the skin and gives the needed support. Been using it on a kid athlete and in a matter of days, swelling went down. Very satisfied

This brand works better than some of the others I've tried. Holds well and edges grip pretty good. However none of the brands last me through a shower including this one.

This tape is good however the sticky adhesive doesn't stay in play making it useless for the muscle tendon support it just come loose and curls up not good at all

I got this thinking that it would help my shoulders feel better. I have been wearing it for a couple days as the instruction said you can wear it up till like 3 weeks. Well this morning I pulled one of the strips off and my skin is irritated. And feels raw. I don't think I will be using this product any further.

If you value your skin, do NOT use this product. I am still dealing with skin that looks like a donor site. This stuff will NOT come off without taking a lot of skin with it.
