(3 pack) Equate Kinesiology Tape, Black, 20 Pre-Cut Strips

This tape has helped me to avoid shoulder surgery. When applied correctly it brings immediate results. In my case, I could never do this on my own due to the shoulder placement but thankfully my wife has become a bit of an expert. There is an abundance of instructional videos on youtube that can help with proper placement and application techniques. Learn how to use it and you won't be disappointed.

I've been using training tape for years, but this stuff blows it out of the water!! I wish they'd of invented this a long time ago. At first it seems there isn't support because it's so light and breathable. But it works fantastic. Highly recommended this product.

it was the best price KT tape I could find anywhere the strips are long enough for most uses could be a little longer for tall people or if using to cover elbows great for tite calf muscles shoulder and Achilles stays on during my son's football games and he plays offense and defense and the tape says were I put it doesn't slip

First learned of this product after knee replacement. Worked to help ease the muscle spasms I was having. Introduced to me by my physical therapist. I recently had an issue with bone spurs pushing against my Achilles tendon Put one strip of tape from bottom of my heel up my Achilles and one tape around my leg just above the ankle. What a difference in healing!!!

I started using this item when I had a torn shoulder rotator cuff. I wish I had started using it sooner. The pre-measured pierces worked perfectly to support my muscles and ligaments as I healed. I was surprised with the amount of support I received! It wasn't until I used this tape that my pain was manageable. Use this product sooner than later, it can help speed up the healing process and make you more comfortable while you heal.

This product is amazing. I use it every day for the support that I need on my knees. The price point as well as the quality of the product make it the only choice for me.

The Equate Kinesiology Tape works well if you know how to apply. There are specific taping positions that you can utilize to release tension. However, the tape in the batch may be a bit inconsistent. There were some strips that were so strong, that it was painful to remove. Then, there were other strips that did not stick well, and would not reconnect to the skin once unraveled. If the strip unravels at a pivotal point, then the tape may become useless. Nevertheless, it does the job. I would recommend researching how to apply kinesiology tape to ensure that you get the most out of the product.

It is true that the original and other name brands have a little more support/resistance and stick. (this sticks to itself quite well) However, this tape is the ideal purchase for the days you know you just need it for a few hours or the day and then want to take it off. Let's face it, no one wants to have strips visibly stuck to them while dressed casual or for work. Sometimes you just need that little something for a short time. This product will save you a few pennie's on those situations. This tape adheres better if you make sure the area is clean and dry. I often use various deep heating salves overnight and they leave a residue that just sheds this tape right off, even a day later. I find a pop up type alcohol wipe works best for me. Soon as the area is dry, this tape sticks well. I have reactions to latex, and this does not say latex free, so I was hesitant. I have had no reactions what so ever, so all is well in that respect.

This brand works better than some of the others I've tried. Holds well and edges grip pretty good. However none of the brands last me through a shower including this one.

I got this thinking that it would help my shoulders feel better. I have been wearing it for a couple days as the instruction said you can wear it up till like 3 weeks. Well this morning I pulled one of the strips off and my skin is irritated. And feels raw. I don't think I will be using this product any further.
