I'm using this for intercostal support. I like it allows natural breathing expansion without being tight, yet provides some gentle support. The direction it's applied definitely makes a difference.

the adhesive is crazy sticky %26 it needs to be to work but be careful when removing it! and if your sensitive to bandaid adhesive best to try a test spot before using.

This product did help with my pain, however the tape peels off skin, and it doesn't allow you to reapply.It has to be cut off where it feels off or completely remove and apply a new strip

It worked really well as far as giving me more flexibility. Maybe better than the bulky brace that I was wearing because it didn't cover my entire arm, it wasn't bulky. When I first put it on, I thought it was an amazing product. But it caused me to itch insanely bad all over my arm.

Says can use for days but doesn't last hours. Personally I think it stretches too much and doesn't give support. Good luck removing it from the backing. If it gets caught on itself (sticks together), just get a new one. You'll never get it right/straight again. Spend a few dollars more.

I have a chronic issue with my joints and use KT tape every day. They were out of my normal kind so I tried this. It sticks okay and works alright but good luck removing it. It came off fairly easy but it left sticky lines everywhere I had put it. Some parts of the tape ripped away and stayed stuck to my skin too. I only wore it for 12 hours and didn't shower, sweat, or anything while I had it on. I also didn't like that the pieces of tape are stuck to 1 solid piece of paper.

Definitely not sweat resistant. I've used it on my shins and my knees and both times it would peel off. By the end of every run it was completely off.

I am disappointed. It is difficult to remove, leaving sticky residue on the skin and causing irritation. If cut into strips—like octopus tentacles—the edges fray.

Awful. Doesn't stay on. Starts peeling off right away. Buy the more expensive brands. You'll get days of use with them. This brand will only work for 10 minutes.

The stickines isnt good. Comeoff quick. Didnt even get into water. Add to, it contains Latex. I'm allergic to latex. Now my skin is full of blisters. No, I do not recommend.
