I think that this product is better than any other for a fiber supplement. Drink with water or juice plus your regular daily water and you will be happy that you tried it.

Works for me it can work for you !
So the only thing I don't like is the texture but this stuff does work and see results fast. I found that it's great blended with cran-raspberry juice. I blend it and chug it . Super easy I noticed I had more energy in the morning less cravings craved more greens maybe that part is just me lol.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
Excellent product, have been using Leonflax off and on for over a year now and absolutely love it! I have even recommended it to friends and they are using it now to. It's great for keeping you regular and less bloated and the ingredients are super healthy!

Flex seed mix
I though it was just flex seeds but it's a mixture of other stuff I really didn't care for. It's more like a laxative. It gave me more gas and bloating then anything else. I'll give it two stars but I don't think I would buy this again.
