They're a great inexpensive option for framing awards but the hanger is very low quality. However, at least it contains a real glass front, not cheap plexiglass.

My biggest complaint is how much these have jumped in cost over the last 12months. They used to be around $2/frame, now $3.47 which is pretty crazy. I totally understand slight inflation, but this is over inflation.

It is a nice frame but when I received it the glass was all broken on it. It was cuz of the way they had it packaged. I am sure you will like it too if it doesn't get damaged.

It is designed for hanging only. It does not have a fold out for display on a table or desk. While I did not intend to do that, the fact that I can't should have been disclosed in the description.

The item seems to be nice enough if it had been packaged properly before shipping to my home. Two heavy items were packaged on top of my frame with no bubble wrapping. The glass on the frame was completely shattered so I was greeted with a box of broken glass in my order.

These frames themselves are fine if you want inexpensive frames to immediately put something on the wall, but if using for a gift, we wrapped these more than a crystal blown glass bulb which arrived in one piece while all six of these were shattered. Note: these were packed in a carry on bag and placed in the backseat of our car, they were handled gently by two people so there should have been no reason for such damage to occurr.

I added these to an online order, so I didn't see them in person until I got them. The frames look fine, and I really don't have a problem with the quality. My problem is, it only has a tab to hang it with to where it hangs portrait and not landscape. Every certificate I have is printed in landscape. The most certificates I've ever gotten are printed landscape, so it only makes sense to me to be able to hang them both ways.

I hadn't looked far enough into the details, but it wasn't obvious to me that this frame wouldn't have a stand! The quality is fine for what you pay, nothing special.

I got what I paid for. its simple. but your online pickup employees are absolutely worthless. i didn't think they could possibly screw up again, especially not as badly as i was ignored and passed on gotta be 6 or 7 times straight. this time it took them 9 1/2 minutes to answer the phone in Burlington Iowa. app wasn't working so i called to add an alternate pickup person. they said ok fine. without asking my name or theirs. just said they'll give the order to anyone who knows my name. ill go find my own stuff and check myself out without any cashier training. assuming ill see too many people leaning on a counter playing with their cell phone. y9ur a disgrace.

both frames came shattered. if it's glass I'll need to put like a fragile sticker or something on it and not be tossing it around and putting heavy stuff on it
