I've used this product for years. It is an excellent pain reliever.

I like to heat a little water in shallow bowl in microwave, carefully dump water in sink then put a small glob of the lotion in the bowl to heat it. The heated lotion feels so much better on the pained area than cold/room temp lotion does. Either warmed or room temp, this lotion works great. You don't need much and it sets in pretty quickly.

Product was a great value but the product was delivered unsealed and was leaking on sides.
