I needed honey for my salad dressing that I was making from scratch. This honey was perfect for it. Loved the flavor, I've bought a pricier one and it crystallized but this one was a hit will definitely get it again for my dressings and teas.

I love the great taste and that it is manufactured in Texas. I do wish the cost was a little bit less but will continue to buy it.
