Great, authentic flavor, clear but flavorful. No MSG, always love an ingredients list I can understand. I live in a Vietnamese-populous area, and this stands up to the test of a hundred local pho joints. I like to cook rice al dente, drain and wash, then finish cooking with this stuff. I also used it in the pressure cooker to make some really good beef stew.

Ocean's Halo, Organic and Vegan Pho Broth is my go to broth when I make stir fry noodles or top ramen or any of those types of noodles, the flavor is excellent, very tasteful, full of flavor.

i simply didn't like the flavor and it had no depth as a broth should.

this is the worse smell i have ever experienced from any broth! as soon as i opened the broth i was stunned from the vomit burp smell! i threw it away.. i opened my second box of halo pho' broth and yep! same stench! i thought it was a one off, but nope the second box stinks too.

Tastes nothing like pho from a Vietnamese restaurant. No one in my family likes it. Ended up dumping down the drain, then had to dump several pots of water afterwards to get rid of the smell.

Celery flavor is too strong.

This is the worst smelling, worst tasting product on the planet. I had to throw it away.
