I received this product in exchange for my honest review. It works like a brand new cartridge but without the guilt. I've done a lot of printing with it so far (about 50 pages) and it's still going strong. The fact that it's recycled is a huge bonus.

I cringe every time I need a new printer cartridge for my HP printer because I know it's going to cost me way more than it should. in the past, I have been disappointment with the performance of cheaper off-brand cartridges. So, having no choice, I always buy the HP cartridge XL, hoping I'll get my moneys worth. I am very pleased with the Onn 2.0 Onn Ink Reman Hp 62xl Black cartridge! It's exactly the same size as the HP cartridge and fits perfectly into place. Very easy to install. I like that it had a hard plastic cover that protects the cartridge until you're ready to install. It prints just as well, too. I will change my rating to 5 stars if it lasts as long as the HP!

It didn't seem to last as long as the HP 62 XL. Of course, it was less expensive so there is some balance. I didn't really do a true research project on it, however, just my personal thinking. It printed OK and typing looked good; little difference.

I am very disappointed %26 dissatisfied with this situation cause it's cost me 3 days of work that I know that Walmart can't pay me for the money, time that I have lost over a thousand dollars %26 I still haven't received the item that was ordered on Saturday January 11, so I would hope that Walmart could reimburse me or compensate me at least of what the ink 62X ink cartridge cost before the clearance price was $58. I've used the delivery %26 shipping services on a regular basis and I had been pleased up until now because of the money that I have lost at this point

I followed all the steps on the troubleshooting website and documentation that accompanied the cartridge. I reset the printer several times, turned it off and tried again. No matter what I did, HP rejected the ONN cartridge telling me that " I should remove it" and "reinstall it again." Based on the ONN literature, the cartridge is defective; I have no way of know whether that is true. So, I cannot recommend this compatible for my HP Envy 5540.
