I was unhappy with the canning labels I had bought (the adhesive was permanent so they couldn't be repositioned nor do they clean off easily...big pain in the butt seemingly engineered to make people want to just buy new mason jars rather than reusing), the ones that stick too much and tear I've shown for your convenience...not what you want stuck to your canning jars unless you want it there until the end of time! These are sticky enough to stay in place but they can be repositioned or removed really easily. Maybe not as decorative as canning specific designs, but it would be easy enough to stamp or doodle some ornamentation or decoration on the plain labels if you prefer (or even trim the ends with a decorative scissor if you want), basically being plain is better in my opinion because the "decorative" ones are maybe a bit cheap/tacky looking to me and Id rather add my own motifs as needed or just leave them plain so the lettering is the center of attention. These are also a lot more cost effective.
I like these 1x3 inch labels. They are a little wider than the standard labels so they can be used for multiple things. I label folders, label parts of my planner pad, write the name of a person on a gift, label jars of home made food to give or store, %26 more.
I wish I had found these earlier. I make my own creams and pain ointments. I used to make my own labels, but these can be easily removed and placed again from one container to the next if needed. I like the size, as I can write large on each label. I have used this on every time of texture, and they stay put! I will buy more in the future.
Easy to use for things around the house or anything you prefer, I used these to label storage totes in the shed, and they worked great. I will say, they stick great to most things, but cardboard not very much. Other than that, they are wonderful and cheap!
These are great for labeling food before I freeze them. Make sure to stick them on before you put them in the fridge or freezer or they won't stick once the containers or pans are wet or have moisture on them.
Perfect for marking or separating small items with a first and last name or similiar unique identifier - not for the printer - hand write only! Smooth surface and doesn't seem to smudge with a sharpie.
Big fan of Avery labels but this one was too small. That's my fault. I'm using it to label items to take to the mission and the sticking is not working.
I ordered these though Walmart Delivery and when I opened them all of them came with mold and nasty stains. Not sure what happened there
They r ok but I don't like the way they come off the container's. They stick like stickers and come off the same way. When I put a label on a container I don't want it to leave behind sticky stuff to scrub or scrap off. Not satisfied.
None of the labels will stick to the any fabric when initially placing labels on clothing, nonstick of any kind of fabric material. I lost 2 pairs of brand new slacks due to label not sticking.
