I use this for my chickens. It's very easy to place and there's a lot of it per pad so it's easy to spread around. I've been using this for my chickens for years because I can't find anything that works better for keeping their sleeping area clean. It also is quick and easy to clean up.

This is the best price and quality for nesting pads that we've found. These pads make it much easier to keep the nesting boxes clean. The hens love being able to scratch the fibers to create a nest. We've had no problems with egg breakage using these. We shake them out if they get dirty and replace them when they are worn. There are 10 to a pack - most others we've found only contain 8.

These are comparable to other brands that are now twice this price! Thank you Walmart for always coming through on reasonable prices!! Some of our hens scratch the wood chips or straw completely out of their laying boxes and we were having a few cracked eggs. Now, no problem! They cannot scratch these pads out and they all have a soft comfortable place to lay eggs.

I was pretty skeptical about buying these pads for my hens who love to kick out or peck anything I put in their nesting crates. But after almost a month in use, my girls haven’t moved these and have been laying all their eggs on them instead of in the sand bath area or on the ground. I highly recommend these and will definitely purchase more.

I put the pads in our chicken tractor laying boxes. The hens haven’t been able to rip them up and kick them out. I did try other things like Astro turf that they kicked the whole thing out. We don’t use bedding in the chicken tractor bc the coop is insulated also has a trap door to drop their poop.

It's as described. It doesn't hold up very well. Maybe once my girls just go in and out they would, but they are still exploring the box so they kick around with tears it up

They are actually too big for my boxes. Good for short term usage but need to be replaced every few weeks.

It's a good product except it has WEEVILS ( little insects ) and I have to freeze the wild bird seeds for 72 or more hours to insure the WEEVILS ARE DEAD ! I don't want them getting into my mango and my banana trees ! If it didn't contain weevils I would rate it 5 stars ! This review is for the Pennington while birds ! This next review is for the Pecking Order Nest ! I rate it a one star because it is a dangerous product ! It's messy and tears apart when the chickens peck it then it gets tangled up on the chickens legs . I also have ducks that had gotten their webbed feet tangled in that mess. And I lost 18 baby chicks SO I THREW THAT GARBAGE OUT ! I don't recommend this product ! Use grass or hay instead ! Don't purchase this product ! 👎👎👎😡😡😡

It’s not the right quality of product, It’s not even made with hay and it’s long pieces that wrap around the chickens, ankles, and they’re packing it apart instantly. What a waste of money. ! I don’t have money to waste, and if I could’ve returned this, I would have ! Please, Walmart don’t sell such crap
