I went through the first bottle immediately. It turns out there are many vehicles without much windshield washer fluid. Sometimes when you get maintenance for your car, they will add washer fluid, but life can cause dirty windshields so you might need 2 of these. Winter may be a dirt generator, but I noticed that bugs and GEESE! Geese can leave a big splotch. It was very easy to add the washer fluid. It might be something that you've never done before. You open the hood and look for the place to put the washer fluid (you can watch a video if you want). Open the cap, and poor it in. I didn't need a funnel, but if you feel more comfortable, you could get one. You just fill up the fluid and put the cap back on. It's easy and the next time bugs or GEESE get your windshield dirty, you'll be glad you did.
This is the best winshield washer fluid I've used...it cleans all the splattered bugs so well without streaking. I'm glad I found it...I will continue to purchase this brand. It's also wonderful that they will ship them if you order 2 and i'ts cheaper than going to the store and you'll have another one...so you won't run out.
I love the Rain X products! I buy this every year for the summer and the I buy the winter de-Icer for winter. This solution helps greatly with repelling the rain off your windshield as well it helps prevent bug splatter build up. The bugs tend to slide off the glass and not create near the mess. The solution makes it easier to clean any debris off the windshield. It does a great job cleaning the glass. A
I really like how well the Rain X windshield washer fluid works to clean my windshield, but it leaves a protective film similar to the Rain X windshield treatment. It really helps keep your windshield clear during all kinds of rain, heavy down pours or sprinkles.
This windshield washer fluid works great. It cleans the glass really well and gets rid of bugs and dirt without leaving streaks. I have used it in different weather and it holds up well. It also lasts a while so you are not constantly refilling it. Definitely a good buy for the price.
Had a shortage of fluid in the store do due spring “love bugs” were everywhere wreaking havoc on everyone's vehicles. Had to wait an extra 2 days to receive no huge delay really. Product size and value for the market money was great and product works as intended. Will purchase again
pretty much works as expected. doesn't have an overly strong scent, and does pretty much what it's expected to do. doesn't exactly get bug stuff off well but I'm not expecting miracles.
This product is great! Love bugs?! Nobody loves them. The rain of bug guts that covers your winshield is removed quickly and easily by using the Rain-X Bug Remover Windshield Washer Fluid and setting your windshield wipers at the highest setting. Bug guts gone in seconds. The only drawback I have about this product is that when it is dark and the mist from the night time fog collects on the wind shield and you use the wipers to remove the mist, it causes a horible glare when the lights of oncoming traffic shines on your windshield almost blinding you. So if you do a lot of driving at nighttime in the fog, that's the only time I wouldn't recomend using it.
Rain-X windshield washer is convenient, and easy to use. The water beading works well, however the streak free claim not so much. I give them the benefit of the doubt as my wiper blades possibly need replacing. Maybe the extra cost over other lesser-known windshield washer brands will be worth the try.
It's pretty good for the price and does a reasonable job getting stains like bugs and bird poop off of the windshield but it does leave a residue behind when it dries so any area where the wipers have not wiped it away ends up looking cloudy and needing to be washed off eventually.
