As a diabetic person, I always found finger sticks with a lancing device to be somewhat painful. I discovered safety lancets while in the hospital and found them to be almost painless to use. Walmart's brand is quite good and have an excellent price.

These are easy to use and dispose of since the sharp is always contained. Could be used with a regular or lite meter. Be sure you twist the cover before you pull it off so you don’t accidentally trigger the spring. Otherwise, you’ll have to start over with another one.

This was recomended to me by a CNA who has to check her sugar several times a day. My fingers were sore and bruised from my regular lancets and I dreaded having my fingers stuck. I am older and have thin skin. These lancets are so much easier to tolerate. I still feel it but it is much less painful and the pain goes away quickly. I definitely would recomend these.

So much easier on your finger when taking glucose readings. Lances that come with the meter are not good, seem to be more punch than puncture. These are more needle puncture than pushing a hunk of metal into your skin. I have used these for a long time and will continue to use. well worth the 5.00 for over a month of finger sticks.

There are instructions on the box on how to use these lancets but I was still confused. MAYBE THAT WAS JUST ME!!! Still, when I finally figured out how to use them I was PLEASANTLY surprised by how gentle they were! All my other lancets HURT!

It’s very convenient. It’s all in one just pull that tab out. Press it on your finger. You’re done love it. You don’t need no extra anything.

these are great as long as you have a strong grip in your hands to squeeze them, otherwise go with something else, love that you have50 in each box which is good deal for your money.

. I Thought I Was Seeing Needles For Insulin Pens🤦🏾‍♀️. Later I Realized I Was Wrong, But I Decided I'd Keep Them And Could Use Them. They Looked Convenient, Wasn't Able To Get Them To Work, Not As Easy To Apply. It Definitely Wasn't Convenient.

ReliOn's spring loaded lancing devices work much better than these single use, pressure activated lancets. They require far too much pressure to activate and left terrible bruising on my finger tips. My fingers are still tender days later. I threw the rest out.

THESE ARE NOT THE ONES I ORDERED BUT ACCEPTED THE REPLACEMENT BECAUSE I NEEDED THEM TO CHECK MY LEVELS ON A DAILY. DO NOT RECOMMENED SIMPLY BECAUSE IF YOU TAKE THE LITTLE PIECE OFF THE TOP THE WRONG WAY YOU WILL HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY. ALSO, WILL BRUISE YOUR FINGERTIPS
