It certainly matches up to its description; it appears to be well made and works well (of course I can't verify how effective it is in removing impurities or metals from my water because I don't have a lab set up.)

Works great but in the freezing weather like other things it cracks and has to be replaced so we buy the two pack. It's possible to wrap if but we forget and end up having to change it. Run water first because it comes out black like most water filters usually do.

This filter was a great price and a quality product. I installed it easily on my outside water line so my wife can water all her plants and Hibiscus.

Where I live in Illinois we have extremely high in iron water so I hook these water filters up to my water hose to wash my cars to eliminate hard water marks on my vehicle, because if you don't get rid of them they will eat through your clear coat!

for starters I received the item which on the box stated the correct item for inline water filters but inside the box was filters for RV which are two different items, it's a shame there's no way to contact the seller because I don't want my money back I just want the correct item which is the inline water filter for garden hoses etc... again there's no way to contact anybody so now I have to go through the grueling process of returning the item getting a credit back to my account and reordering and praying that I receive the correct item this time!!! it's a really frustrating and I know no one will contact me back about this matter!!!!
