When we moved we could not get the doublele stick tape off of our rug and wood floor. We eventually scraped it off of our tile floor but we wondered if it would have damaged the wood if we scraped it. Sticky putty worked and is still holding the putty now.

This mounting putty is simple but really useful. A small piece goes a long way, and it holds posters, photos, and lightweight items on the wall without needing nails or tape. I like that it is removable and does not damage the wall when you take things down. It is easy to shape and sticks well without being messy. Five stars for being a quick, easy solution when you want to hang something up without committing to holes in the wall.

I'd recommend keeping this in your house always. It comes in handy when you least expect it. It's easy to stick on the wall and peel off when you're done. I've used it for so many things.

This stuff works well! Had a hard time finding a good price on it, I got some generic version at the dollar store but it did not hold up. I would buy this kind again and again.

I would not recommend this over just a regular command hook. This does not stick anything to the wall long lasting and the stickiness is just not there.

I used to use a product named fun tack. It was so much smoother and more pliable than this. I could not find it to purchase that exact brand. So,When I received this, it was really hard and it took a long time for me to make it pliable.

Everything I used this on fell off the wall within 2 hours. Then the stuff stuck to the wall and took paint with it. I used a similar product, different brand, in the past and it worked fine.

I've been using this to hold up my puzzles and my puzzles keep falling from the wall and getting damaged. I'm very upset wasted money on this crap. don't buy it.

did not receive the mounting putty with my order, but, you charged me for it. I am 80 years old, handicapped %26 can't drive back to Walmart. that putty was the only reason I made an order.

This stuff is terrible compared to Blu Tack. Thought I would try something new, used ir to hang up four prints (just cardstock, no frames) and eventually they've all fallen down. Tried to remove the tack from the back of one and it is stuck on there like glue, only comes off while taking a layer of paper with it. Never again.
