Some of the cans were the wrong product. probably placed in the wrong location in the store and the cans were turned around, the back looks the same as the one I wanted, the clerk didn't check, in this case it was no problem. Some customers pick up an item and return it to the wrong place quite often, so I don't blame the clerk for the mistake. I believe she works hard at doing a good job. If a customer gets the wrong item don't blame the person who delivers it, try to figure out what happened and work out a solution in a pleasant way. This will go a long way in customer service.

CAUTION!! This product works extremely well, but do yourself a favor and follow a couple tips: 1) Use in a well ventilated area! It is excessively strong and gives off heavy fumes, which is why it works 💪 so well! 2) Wear eye protection!! The stream coming out of the can is powerful and splashes back at you faster than you can blink. The burn you can get to your eyes is instantaneous and extremely damaging. This product is NOT for the casual use of inexperienced wanna-be mechanics. It is a very effective cleaner because it is a very powerful cleaner and will even remove some paints. USE CAREFULLY!! This will get off any oil instantly but it does smell horrible so use it outside if possible! Wish I would have known about this before I finished the oil mess!

just not like the old stuff. hardly better than using water. Though I'd try it for the price but as weak as it is I'll probably use just as much to make it as expensive as just buying the good stuff. 🙄
