Just as good as the tropical fish food and half the money. Read the label. It's the exact same thing minus the fancy colors, which are probably just dyes anyway. My fish LOVE it. No issues transitioning from tropical fish food to this. Been about 2mths and casualties.
I have a medium size pond and the fish devour it the smaller fish have no trouble eating it. Doesn't cloud up the water
fish seem to like it
prefer flakes as you can see fish eat, less waste and keeps pond cleaner
My fish love it
we like this item
doesn't break up into tiny pieces like some of the other floating foods, smaller fish can pick bits off to eat. You can't go wrong with tetra brand, they've been in business for a very long time. I've been in and out of the fish hobby for 40 years, this is great for ponds and for larger fish in the house.
Price good, fast shipping, quality products.
Great product and reasonably priced
I bought this thinking I would add a little variety to my cichlids diet. They refused to eat it I'm assuming because it's a diet for goldfish and koi. I'm sure the goldfish and koi would love it but definitely not a good choice to add to my cichlids diet.
