I am NOT a fan of mint flavors, but, for breath freshening, Wintergreen has always been the only one I can handle as it lacks the strength and "burn" I get from all other mint flavors (perhaps because Wintergreen isn't actually mint, I learned recently). For me, this has a softer more cooling flavor. Despite the manufacturer's claim that this tastes most strongly of "mint" of all their flavors, I find it less so (thank goodness). It's also the most subtle available as far as brands go, which is exactly what I'm always looking for. I had to search for these and couldn't even find them IN store, but was able to order them online for pickup and am very glad there's still SOME way to get these as I do like to have something on hand for those moments you feel your breath needs a pick-me-up.

these mints are tasty and very refreshing. we try to keep a few packs on hand, they are so good, they can be habit forming. And, no sugar or calories.

I recommend but for moderation with diabetics. I am a type one diabetic and for some reason I believed these to be sugar free. However, they were not. It was easy on my stomach, actually melted down in the side of my mouth, and did not hurt my teeth. The sugar part is the only thing that caught up with me. It made my blood sugar increase significantly.
