my sister in law sent me a container to help me. I was convinced after I tried it once! After that I have probably be reason there was a spike in interest and sales! That is because this product is better than any otc or rx topical pain relief that I have ever tried...plus I love that wonderful Vicks scent!

My Husband has had four shoulder surgeries, and has a hard time sleeping at night because of it… This really helps him sleep better at night. It's not messy, but it does have that Vicks smell. We love it. We grew up with Vicks! Hope they never stop making this!!!

If you have any muscle pain, this works wonders. It is very strong so either use gloves or wash your hands thoroughly afterwards. I would use it at night for great relief. It knocks you to sleep so good. A little goes a long way.

This has been a game changer for me. I don't do good with the like icy hot so the vapor cool oh my God amazing. It makes my back feel so much better relieves a lot of attention in my arthritis in my wrist and my neck. I have bad pain and it also helps me with anxiety sometimes when I smell the mint it actually helps calm my extreme anxiety so 10 out of 10.

really like this I think it works better than the stuff with lidocaine. Pay more but helps more and last longer.

i always buy different kinds of pain relief. i broke my neck not even a year ago. I love the spray. it works the belst for me. and my delivery was perfect.

it was comparable to icy hot not as good as tiger balm ultra strength I most likely won't purchase again

I ordered spray not cream. I did not choose a substitute. i do not drive and have no way to return item to store shopper should call when substitute is not chosen.
