this is great for the money and necessity.you will need to get some kind of xtra usb ports becayse of the dongels, but well worth the purchase.

Microsoft only allows 3rd party accessories with certain companies. Avoid this brand unless you buy it for PC. Now you know why you're getting a hugh saving because these types of controllers are useless for the xbox brand now.

spent 20 minutes setting them up on my Xbox and the next day received an error telling me " A connected accessory is not authorized" then and adcised me to re me return it.

if i could do no stars i would. they dont work i have done everything the seller said and still dont and no refund nor would return so never will buy from seller again.

Advertised for xbox use. after connecting controller a warning pops up saying not a permitted product of xbox. after 2wks of use the system blocks the use of these controlers. Total waist of money if primary uses was interested for xbox.

went to give the product to my child for his birthday only to find out that the product is not compatible with the Xbox yet it is sold as an Xbox item it will not work on the Xbox at all and throws up a flag that it is not compatible

Because it was not manufactured by Microsoft, the console will only allow the controllers to work for 2 weeks, then they will be blocked with an error code. This is what our console informed us of when we plugged one in. In addition, one of them came already defective - it will not turn on or charge.

They only work for two weeks and then quit. Do not recommend.
