Turtle Beach Recon 50 Wired Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4/5, Black

Really good headset for the price. Sound quality is great. Bought it as a replacement for my son to use while is other was being shipped and I ended up using it myself after his came in. Highly recommend if you're looking for something budget friendly but also good quality for gaming. Used on Xbox and PlayStation.

It works wasn't it right had to switch to mic button off then on it's a great headset the volume button was on the side max it out and it was loud asl

these are decent. theyre definitely comfortable. that is something that is important here. theyre also durable for the cost. we actually bought the same in a different color thinking that the first pair had malfunctioned but it was my internet constantly cutting out it wasnt the headset so now we have 2 pair of these haha

My son ordered this Turtle Beach Headset with mic for his XBox. He likes this brand very much and has been loyal to it for years. He did not realize the mic is detachable. He says it becomes loose after prolonged use. He would have preferred to opt for an attached mic for item longevity. They're working fine right now though.

ive had like 4 pairs of these over the past 10 years and they work great, good basic easy to use headphones that work on a variety of devices. i use my current pair for my steamdeck and phone and havent had any issues that are solely the headphones fault; mainly my own fault lol if anyone else reading this is a steamdeck user i would like to give a fair warning that due to the Steamdecks microphone not having a way to turn off; the microphone mute slider wont work since it will continue to pick up audio from the deck's mic itself.

Solid quality but it can't take normal abuse so just be careful with em. my left ear stops working intermittently but that was after 4-5 months of about average abuse. I should have been more careful in hindsight so 4/5 for the price

The item works fine, it's Walmart that gets the one star. Customer service is non existent in Walmart. Never been treated so poor from management and customer service. I tried to exchange or return when I noticed it was for Xbox and not PS4. They would not allow me to return or exchange the item and they handed it to me and I said this is for Xbox I need ps4. Didn't even leave the pickup or person who handed me this item. Literally crazy, but this item works very well I've owned them before and stuck with them because they are worth way more than you pay for them, however Walmart is a business about money and making it and not caring at all about its customers or anything else. If Publix sold this item I would've never had this problem. To help anyone about to order this on Walmart, save yourself a lot of trouble and money and go to Best Buy or order on Amazon.

It cuts in and out if the cord is touched even softly, barely works as in tended. Unpredictable with its ability to work, once it cuts out of stays silent until unplugging and replugging it in multiple times. love turtle beach but battering this product right now

when i ordered it it saud it was fir several differnt came counceols computer when my grandson recieved it it was for a xbox he did not tell me left the box at my house went with his momn300 miles home to put them to his xbox for them to be broken his mom pitches anything thats broke so my grandson 8yrs old does not understand what he did wrong why he cant have head gear like his brother and all his friends anotyer good walmart find

I never purchase cheap however a friend recommended this to me as his has lasted for over a year. However, in my case, they didn't last for more than 30 mins. Cheap works when all conditions are ideal, however, when one thing goes wrong, cheap shows its true colors. I will never purchase cheap again.
