The controller arrived in its box with a lot of paper wrapping so that it could protect the controller. The controller box wasn't even busted! They handled it with good care and didn't have damages. The controller works great and performs great. If your ever wanting to buy a controller i say get this one! it's a little pricey but a lot more better than the fakes!

I just received this “new” ps4 controller yesterday and upon looking at it I notice what seems to be marks from maybe putting the controller down or sliding the controller across a surface. No big deal for me since this is for my 5 yo son but paying $70 for a slightly damaged controller is something I did not expect. But it works and that's all that matters.

We received the product actually one day early, but the product is faulty. The right trigger fires randomly causing great frustration and anger issues. My Son played with it for twenty minutes and returned it to the box. He then told me he would just wait until Christmas to get another one. So he is not playing his PS4 at all.

smashed cause it wasnt packaged properly was told return to s store wouldnt replace only refund was ordered online on sale i repair controllers and i can say without opening it whith how the package was smashed and the controller acted sticks were crushed cracking the board cause the moment it was connected menu's opened closed and all sorts of thing lining up to a cracked board/ electrical issue with controller

Rubber pads on steering sticks falling off after 1 month. Not worth the money

The one star is for the cleanliness of the control. It looks pretty new just by looking at it. When I bought it, it didn't say anything about it being a resale. The package the control came in did not say anything about it containing something sensitive inside. It wasn't protected. When I opened the package, the box already looked like it had been opened before and had 2 cuts in the side. When we tried to use it, all of the buttons except R2 worked. I hope I can return it.

D.O.A Does not come with the Micro USB. that suck's i have one I hit the home button and nothing i just got to day 1/4/2025 i don't know if it's mine USB i will get a new Micro USB top all that does not stay on very long hit the home I will keep you updated i just ordered a new Micro USB off of Amazon it will be here on the 6. Now i got to go on Ebay to got a anothwe controller

hate it....package came in open and broken and used, scratched off serial number! 😒 it was chipped as well. smh never again
