I appreciate how easy they are to swallow for someone who experiences 'dry mouth'. Right away they solved my problem of canker sores. Does not bother my stomach at all. But know that your urine will turn bright yellow for a few hours. This is from the B2 in the complex. It's just ridding of whatever riboflavin your body doesn't need. Haven't had a canker sore in months.

Best I've found!
This is the best B Complex vitamin capsule I have used. Much better than tablets. Easy to swallow and tolerate. The price is better than Amazon and other retailers. It provides a boost of energy. Highly recommend.

Initially thought they were made in USA, address showing Houston, TX. When package arrived, claims Made in China. I hope that it meets FDA standards. Anyways, appears to be vitamin B complex. I have been taking it for a few days with no noticeable changes.
