I ordered this item online on December 21, 2025 for my daughter for Christmas. I knew it wouldn't make it in time for Christmas, but I never expected it would be completely lost in transit (I was told by Wal-Mart's customer service that Wal-Mart did have a shipping label related for UPS to deliver the item, but UPS never received the item to ship it) %26 I'd have to request a refund a month later.
